Quanta EPC delivered multi-disciplinary engineering and design support for a liquids management modification project at the Bacton Gas Terminal.

The project focused on improving the handling, routing and segregation of Saturn Banks liquids streams while maintaining operational continuity across the live terminal environment.

The Challenge

The project required the rerouting of Saturn Banks liquids to an existing three-phase separator, with off-gas directed to the LAPS compressor system, condensate routed to the stabilisation column, and MEG transferred into dedicated storage facilities to maintain segregation from the terminal’s primary MEG inventory.

The solution needed to integrate efficiently with the existing infrastructure while supporting long-term operational reliability and process efficiency.
